I have been LOVING this recipe recently! It's so fast to put together and it's going to keep you full either for lunch or dinner.

1 chicken breast
Salad mix of your choice
1/2 of an avocado
1 small onion
1/8 cup of sunflower seeds
1-2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce
Garlic salt
Pepper
Fruit e.g. apple (optional)
Salad dressing (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- First cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and season it with garlic salt and pepper.
- Cook in a pan until brown (about 3-5 minutes on each side).
- Cut salad into smaller pieces if needed and place in a serving bowl.
- Cut the avocado, fruit and onion into small pieces and add to salad.
- Sprinkle the sunflower seeds onto the salad and mix it all together.
- Add salad dressing if needed.
- Cut chicken into cubes, bring it back to the pan and add the BBQ sauce.
- Mix until heated through.
- Add the chicken to the salad mix and you're done!
