This recipe is not healthy at all, but I made this for the first time a few weeks ago. Just creating it as I went along and the outcome was SO GOOD, that I have to share this recipe with you guy!

This recipe is for 2 people, so you can double or half the recipe depending on how many people it's for.

200 g. pasta
10 pieces of bacon (you can always add more or less)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk (or enough to make the white sauce smooth)
2 tablespoons all purpose seasoning
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder
1-2 garlic

Step 1: Cook pasta.

Step 2: Cook bacon. When bacon is done, move it to a paper towel to let it dry.

Step 3: In a small saucepan, add butter and let it melt. Then add flour and whisk until combined, keep whisking, so it won't burn. After 30 second to 1 minute, add a little bit of the milk and whisk until combined, keep adding milk and whisking until the white sauce is a bit thicker and smooth. Add seasoning and garlic. Then add 1/4 cup of the cheese and leave the rest for later, whisk until cheese has melted into the sauce.

Step 4: Pull the bacon into bite size pieces and add to the drained pasta. Then add the cheese mixture to the pasta and spread the cheese mixture evenly throughout the pasta and bacon.

Step 5: Add the pasta mix to a small to medium ovenproof dish. Add the leftover cheese on top, with small butter clumps in between.

Step 6: Put dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes, 200 degrees celsius (or until butter is melted).

Step 7: Take the dish out of the oven and YOU'RE DONE !

Hope you enjoyed!
